This coffee is produced in the Oromia region of Yirgacheffe, and processed at the Hadeed Washing Station in Addis Ababa.

The Hadeed Washing Station floats the cherries twice to remove any defected beans, then is machine pulped before washing. Washed cherries are left to dry in the sun on raised beds for about 3 days. This washing process results in a clean cup with the bold flavours we associate with Yirgacheffe coffee. Expect notes of ripe peach, black tea, and bittersweet cocoa nibs.

Coffees from Yirgacheffe are renowned for their exceptional quality and unique flavour profiles. Known for bright acidity, floral notes, and vibrant fruitiness, Yirgacheffe coffees are celebrated among coffee enthusiasts for their distinctive and complex taste.
